At Credit Adjustments, Inc. (CAI), making a difference in the communities we serve is the foundation of everything we do, which is why we want to highlight some of our employees’ passions and missions. This year, we asked a few CAI representatives to share how they work to make a difference outside of their jobs. Here’s what they said:
Jason Osborne
Investing in Students’ Lives
CAI CEO Jason Osborne believes in empowering children at a young age, so he dedicates his time and support to the Children’s Scholarship Fund in New Hampshire. He has seen the effects of poverty and addiction in the community, and he wants to help children across the state get the resources they need to rise above the barriers that might hold them back.
“The Children’s Scholarship Fund helps families who do not have access to good educational opportunities, allowing parents to choose the best schools for their children instead of being forced into the singular public option dictated by their zip code,” says Jason. “In a community full of addiction and abuse, it is so important to invest in the younger generation and equip them for a successful future.”
This mission is especially close to home for Jason because his wife started a learning center that caters to children’s needs specifically, rather than offering a one-size-fits-all education. Jason understands that every child is unique, and he supports the Children’s Scholarship Fund to make sure that all kids get the investment they need.
“One ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,” says Jason. “If we can provide children with academic opportunities at a young age, it can change the course of their lives—and I believe that’s worth supporting.”
